My first meet

I placed 3rd in my first meet on Friday night. We competed against St. Joe Aquatics and I swam backstroke and freestyle. All of my hard work finally paid off. My next meet is in 2 weeks. I can't wait!

Swim Team Changes

I have some unfortunate news. Our local YMCA has cancelled swim team for the summer. It is quite devastating for all of us, as we were looking forward to our first competition.

On a better note, after several phone calls, Natalie is able to join the Swim Bees team, which is from a local school district. Practice begins next week, so hopefully we still get to compete after all.
